As a casual on-call Customer Service Attendant, you prepare and serve a variety of foods and beverages including assisting in the preparation and presentation of menu items; taking passenger orders; ensuring cleanliness and readiness of passenger and kitchen areas; performing housekeeping and major cleaning routines throughout the vessel; and other related duties as required.
You possess strong customer service skills and are an excellent communicator with a high level of self-motivation and initiative. In addition, you are an innovative team player with an ability to work well under pressure.
You have one (1) year of customer service experience, preferably in a food service environment, and hold a Food Safe Level 1 or HAACP Certificate. Occupational First Aid Level 3 and Cook TQ Level 1 would be assets. A valid Seafarer’s Medical Certificate is required.
Employees will be guaranteed a minimum of 420 hours between June 01 and the Labour Day long weekend (restrictions apply based on availability).
