EMPLOYEE RELATIONS COORDINATOR
Horseshoe Bay
Term Certain – 6 months
You are an energetic, customer-focused, HR professional with a passion for people. Working out of our Horseshoe Bay location, you provide a full range of Human Resources administrative and employee-related services, including processing, verifying, and registering relevant documentation; coordinating recruitment initiatives; preparing various reports, presentations, and spreadsheets; developing and coordinating field training plans; and maintaining employee records.
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to prioritize, organize, and apply effective time management techniques. You maintain the highest level of confidentiality and utilize excellent judgement and problem-solving skills.
You are proficient in the use of MS Office applications and are familiar with HR reporting systems and database programs. You have a post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent training and experience. Experience and/or a certificate in Human Resources would be an asset.
