Justice Services Branch (JSB) works to support British Columbia’s commitment to a justice and public safety sector founded on the rule of law, encompassing administrative, civil, criminal, family and Indigenous justice, and human rights. JSB’s mandate is to make the justice system more accessible to British Columbians through policy and programs, procedural and substantive law reform.
The role of the Tribunals & Agency Support Division (TASD) is as follows:
Reporting to the Assistant Deputy Minister, the Executive Director provides strategic leadership, coordination, and expertise through the management of business transformation projects across BC’s administrative justice sector, support for multi-disciplinary access to justice innovation projects that cross organizational boundaries and have a broad impact, and manages the relationships with and oversight of independent offices. The Executive Director leads directors, managers and analysts responsible for the diverse portfolio required to oversee operations as well as develops, implements and evaluates transformation initiatives across the administrative as well as broader justice sector.

Flexible work options are available; this position may work one or more days in the office and other days from home as per the Telework Agreement. If this is not possible, remote work options may also be available as well.
