In the strategic and hands-on role of Manager, People and Culture, you will provide leadership and strategic support for all aspects of operational Human Resources functions across BC Transit. You will manage, guide and provide professional advice to the team of People and Culture Advisors while supporting and operationalizing multiple strategic people programs. Your working style enables you to foster a collaborative and effective partnership with our stakeholders, customers and clients, including our three unions.
