What you’ll be doing…
Our Manager, Financial Reporting is seeking a Senior Accountant to support the Corporate Finance department with their knowledge and expertise.
In this role, you will play a key role in the financial reporting and treasury functions and be responsible for monthly reconciliations, monthly journal vouchers, preparation of audit binders and financial reporting.

What you’ll bring to the table…
We love lifelong Learners and recommend the following mix of education or certifications to be successful in conjunction with relevant experience:
Post secondary degree in accounting, business, finance or a related discipline
Chartered Professional Accounting designation
A minimum four (4) years accounting experience. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered
Strong knowledge of accounting standards (experience in public sector accounting preferred) with proven experience in fiscal management including accounting, reconciliations and reporting
Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills with a proven ability to solve problems independently
Strong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and financial systems. Experience with analytical tools is an asset.
