The Leadership, Engagement and Priority Initiatives (LEPI) branch of the Communications, Learning and Engagement division (CLE) of the Public Service Agency envisions a people-focused public service culture where employees at all levels feel inspired, supported and empowered to do their best work.

The Lead, Leadership, Engagement and Priority Initiatives manages, designs, implements and measures program development and community building initiatives within the three branch pillars of Learning and Research, Engagement and Priority Initiatives and Culture Programs Development. The ideal candidate can envision the big picture while also demonstrating expertise in design and delivery. This work is collaborative and involves working with BCPS employees at all levels and with various partners, internal and external to the BCPS. The Lead excels at building trusting, long-term relationships and thrives on intentionally connecting people across the BCPS to create change around a united vision for a modern, trusted and talented public service.
The specific portfolio of work for this role is Corporate and Executive onboarding programs.

About This Position
Currently there is one (1) permanent opportunity available in Victoria.
Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work up to 4 days at home per week subject to an approved telework agreement.
An eligibility list may be established to fill both current and/or future permanent vacancies.
Employees of the BC Public Service must be located in BC at the time of employment.
This position is excluded from union membership.
