As a Talent Acquisition Manager (hybrid), you have a passion for recruiting as well as coaching and developing others. In this role, you will be managing a team of high-performing Talent Acquisition Specialists. You will also lead the end-to-end recruitment for specific functions and levels of roles within the organization, providing you with opportunities to connect with strong talent and build relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders.
You’ll partner closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager on various Talent Acquisition initiatives including driving continuous improvement in the Talent Acquisition function, data and reporting, and assisting with requisition load planning and distribution.

Why we’ll love you:
- You can juggle! Highly organized and enjoy leading multiple priorities at the same time
- You have a passion for leading and developing people, and have 2 or more years of leadership experience
- A full cycle recruitment expert, you have many years of doing that under your belt
- You like numbers and people! You’re analytical and have a keen eye for details. You can pull, analyze and share data in a meaningful way. Building relationships also comes naturally to you
- Previous experience with an applicant tracking experience is required (Dayforce preferred)
- A Degree in Human Resources, business or a related field, or equivalent experience
Once here, you’ll:
- Build trusting relationships with hiring managers to understand and support their current and future hiring needs
- Partner with our 3 rd party vendors (i.e. LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed) to manage service expectations and stay current on new updates and product releases
- Assist with requisition load planning and distribution of roles to team members
- Share your expertise and knowledge as you, lead, coach and develop junior team members
- Manage recruitment technology and ensure processes are configured within system and regular updates occur when necessary
- Proactively seek Talent Acquisition best practices and trends and recommend innovative improvements to programs, processes, and initiatives
