Our client is a company located in Saint Bruno de Montarville founded in 1982 specialized in air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation. They are looking for a Storefront and Technical Support Technician to join the team.
Tasks:
– Receive phone calls and provide technical support to customers in HVAC matters.
– Diagnose customer problems during call.
– Provide solutions to encountered problems.
– Price parts and components to customers.
– Work closely with the sales team.
– Carry out all other related tasks.

Requirements:
– DEP in refrigeration or diploma in building mechanics.
– Bilingualism.
– Storefront experience.
– Experience in customer service.

– Be rigorous and work discipline.
– Have excellent ability to synthesize side!
Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 per year depending on experience
Schedule: Day shift, from 8 am to 5 pm
