Luxury automotive dealership in North York is looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills to start as receptionist. experience is not needed.
-Booking and confirming appointments
-Greeting and announcing visitors in a friendly, business-like manner.
-accurate and concise written communication skills.
-excellent verbal and written English skills.
-Experience with managing social media.
-Self motivated & self-starting individual with a positive attitude.
Administrative Duties:
- Scheduling
- Running errands
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Greeting visitors
Financial Duties:
- Processing expense reports
- Billing
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
