We are an Cosmetic Med Spa in Toronto that focuses on non-invasive, non-surgical cosmetic procedures.
We are looking for a Clinic Assistant for front AND back office.
***YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEDNESDAY TO SATURDAY TO BE CONSIDERED****
Duties include but not limited to: * Providing excellent service to clients/patients by answering phone calls, phone consultations regarding procedures offered in the office, setting appointments, greeting clients/patients upon arrival and selling skin care products. * Assists in maintaining professional front desk and reception area. * Assists in administrative tasks including filing, folder maintenance, and data entry of client records. * Assists in maintaining cleanliness of treatment rooms, common areas and store room. * Various duties as assigned by Clinic Management. * Assisting Physician and/or RN in back office * Electronic medical records intake
Experience: * 1 year experience working in a medical and/or spa setting, not required but preferred. Experience in Non-invasive Cosmetic Procedures, Plastic Surgery and/or Dermatology is a PLUS but not required. * Ability to effectively communicate with clients/patients on medical services rendered, and clinic policies and procedures. * Ability to work cohesively with others in a fast paced environment. * Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with client and clinic management. * Able to work flexible days and hours

2. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON SATURDAYS from 11 am to 6:30 pm.
