We are looking for an Sales Manager to join our team!
What you will do:
Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Sales Manager is an integral part of the Sales team. The Sales Manager will play an instrumental role in developing and executing the sales methodology, enforcing a standardized approach. Mobilize, coach and train sales team members, track progress and ensure they have the proper tools and knowledge to be successful and moving opportunities forward to achieve revenue and sales targets.
The Sales Manager is responsible for implementing, and improving sales team business performance, ensuring efficient workflows to compress and drive excellence in the end-to-end sales cycle. Maintaining an effective sales team by providing thought leadership and direction, coaching for success, and initiating timely corrective actions to meet and exceed sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain all sales-related resource material including sales policies, procedures, training manuals, etc.
Developing and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and Key Performance Indicators.
Implement and improve business processes executed by or related to the Sales team.

Assist with the onboarding and training process of all new Sales Representatives.
Train the sales team to utilize systems that increase sales efficiency, including CRM and additional sales operations tools.
Assist with the mid-sized account onboarding processes.
Implementing and managing best practices and repeatable processes, using metrics to ensure individual and team accountability.
Manage the team in their end-to-end sales cycle efforts in closing sales of Binary Stream products and services in conjunction with reseller Partners.
Working collaboratively with the Marketing Team to understand the needs of sales and partners, messaging and activities that increase the company’s reach.
Act as a role model for the company culture – ambitious, passionate, engaged, collaborative, and always demonstrating high integrity.
Technical Skills Required:
Advanced working knowledge of CRM software.
Preferred Technical Skills:
Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of LinkedIn Navigator.
Previous ERP platform experience ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365, GP, D365 Business Central (NAV), or D365 Finance & Operations (AX) or another large Enterprise ERP solution.
Understanding of Microsoft channel and partnerships with Value Added Resellers (VARs), System Integrators (SI’s) and the Microsoft Integrated Software Vendor community (ISV’s).
Education and Experience:
University Degree in Commerce, or in a related business field and preferably an MBA.
At least 5 years selling SMB or enterprise software, and 3 years in a leadership sales position in organizations with annual sales of $5,000,000 or more.
Proven track record selling software to small to mid-sized customers and partners, preferably to verticals that include healthcare, finance, and professional service.
Prior experience in developing and managing a high performing sales team is required.
