We’re looking for a Billing Specialist who enjoys interacting with customers over the phone, chat, and email and working closely with our Sales, Customer Success and Finance teams. You’ll focus on helping customers to manage their payment profiles, process payments, access payment records, and reconcile errors. You will spend a lot of time troubleshooting complex issues and may often encounter customers who have had errors with their payments – you’ll play an important role in improving the customer experience for our new buyers.
This role is a remote, 1-year fixed-term contract!
