Job description
Bloom House Cannabis Co. is looking for a Cannabis Cultivation Assistant to join our team!
Qualifications:
- Minimum greenhouse experience
- Experience in Cannabis Industry working for a Licensed Producer
- Post secondary education in cannabis/horticultural considered an asset
- License/certification to apply chemical fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides and pesticides
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
Key Responsibilities:
- cleaning of rooms
- cleaning of equipment
- cleaning of facility
- cleaning/maintenance of building interior/exterior
- pruning of canopy
- structuring and de-leafing of canopy
- cloning of plants
- topping of plant nodes
- sanitation
- arranging of cubes on grow tables
- arranging of emitters into grow cubes
- transplanting of clones cuttings
- trellis netting installation/maintenance/removal
- sticky traps, bio release, IPM (Integrated Pest Management)
- PH testing, room setting observation/validation of set points
- scouting/checking exercises in the canopy rooms
- canopy room cleaning (minors, major, turn overs)
- house keeping
