Business Overview:
The US Talent Acquisition team consists of Experienced Hire Recruitment, Internal Mobility, Recruitment Operations, and Campus Recruitment. Recruitment Operations and Internal Mobility is a hybrid team, tasked with (i) developing initiatives and strategies to promote internal mobility, and retain top talent within BNP Paribas, and (ii) managing the operational activities (candidate on boarding, process improvement, risk management, reporting and analysis) within Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities:
Supporting the hiring for the BNP Paribas US Teams
Manage the onboarding process for all new hires and transfers within specific business lines.
Serve as the main point of contact for candidates from interview stage through orientation.
Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and stakeholders.
Distribute onboarding paperwork and track progress.
Initiate and adjudicate background checks.
Facilitate resolution of onboarding issues for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
Track onboarding progress for each new hire and establish working relationships with the various teams involved.
Maintain Taleo onboarding portal.
Own quarterly controls for the recruitment team, working closely with HR Operational Risk to produce evidence when requested.
Create and maintain recruiting metrics (Quarterly Dashboards and KPIs consisting of data around recruitment activity) and manage other adhoc reporting requests, as needed, on an ongoing basis.
Manage other adhoc projects, as needed.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from accredited university
Applicant Tracking System (Taleo preferred)
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint experience
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Excellent communication skills
Professionalism in dealing with confidential information
Proven ability to complete ad-hoc projects with minimal guidance
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of banking / financial industry is a plus
2+ years of previous experience working as a recruitment coordinator
Previous work experience, preferably within HR and/or Recruiting
Understanding of data analysis as it relates to HR
Comfortable manipulating data for large presentations
