Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Service Parts Specialist.
- Provide service technicians with parts as required.
- Restock mobile service vans daily.
- Verify receiving documents and assist with stocking shelves while keeping the parts department clean and orderly.
- Assist in shipping and receiving of parts orders.
- Assist in the monthly inventory counts.
- Assist Customer Parts Specialists at the parts counter or over the phone as necessary.
- Some heavy lifting required.
- Other general tasks as required.
Education and Skills/Knowledge Required:
- Experience in a parts department or warehouse is an asset
- Functional/technical knowledge of the industry is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills, with strong English communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently without close supervision
- Flexible/adaptable to change
- Highly organized individual with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize and organize with attention to detail.
