About the job.
This Position works in collaboration with the Food & Beverage Manager, Events Manager, and F&B Supervisors to assist with daily operations in Food & Beverage outlets and events. This position is a management presence on the floor and is responsible for the daily performance of the FOH team. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager uses strategic planning and problem solving to address departmental operating concerns. It sets the service level standard and assists with leading the Food & Beverage team by providing vision and direction for the team.

3-5 years experience in a full-service restaurant or combined experience and education
2 years of supervisory or management experience in a full-service, fast paced restaurant
High proficiency with MS Office and POS systems
Willingness and ability to work flexible hours
Serving It Right and FoodSafe certification
