We are seeking an experienced WEB DESIGNER who would be a member of our in-house Information Technology Department, able to lead a team of professionals and take ownership of projects. The incumbent will regularly prepare and present reports to key internal and external stakeholders, identify problems and deficiencies and recommend process improvements and problem resolution. In particular, the incumbent will focus on building awareness of our solutions among our clients and partners with the goal of maximizing the impact of Brim’s position in the financial industry. The incumbent will be an integral part of our Information Technology Team and work with our Product Development and Operations teams.

WORK CONDITIONS:
It is a fast-paced environment wherein the incumbent will need to be able to work under pressure, have strong attention to detail, able to handle heavy workload, demonstrate exceptional attention to details, ability to distinguish between colors, sound discrimination, and meet tight deadlines, in order to fulfil our contractual obligations. The work environment may have a combination of sitting and standing for extended periods.
SUITABILITY:
Addition to the above-indicated professional requirements, the incumbent needs to be accurate, client-focused, dependable, have sound judgment, be organized, be a team player, and demonstrate initiative; Possess efficient interpersonal skills, including excellent oral and written communication; A criminal record check will be requested. Given Brim’s global exposure-fluency in any other language other than English is a bonus.
HOURS AND WAGES:
This is a permanent, full-time position, 40 hours per week during regular business hours between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with possible overtime and weekends to meet our contractual obligations. The annual salary of $70,000 and the incumbent may start as soon as possible. The incumbent needs be willing to relocate, and no relocation cost is covered by the employer.
