Job description
All applicants are required to have a minimum 2 years of experience in a respective position, a positive attitude and a strong ability to work under pressure. You must be able to work in a fast paced environment, willing to work flexible hours and have the ability to multi task.
Able to multitask and work on many orders at once , maintaining a clean workspace and be able to stand and work in a busy environment for long periods of time – Expected to clean and be respectful towards co-workers and customers and to be punctual.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu for service
- Prepare a variety of foods; meat, poultry, vegetable items.
- Arrange sauces and supplementary garnishes for allocated station
- Cover, date and correctly store all bits and pieces and food prep items
- Maintain a prepared and sanitary work area at all times
- Serve menu items compliant with established standards
- Keep the work area fresh all through the shift
- Constantly use safe and hygienic food handling practices
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in the fast food industry
- Motivated, Willingness to learn, Good attitude
- Experience as a cook in a fast paced, high volume restaurant required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
