The Human Resources Generalist is responsible to translate business needs into integrated Human Resource solutions, fully leverage people management, employee capability and organizational development. The successful candidate will also contribute to the Manager and Employee relationship by building understanding of HR strategies, policies and programs, and by providing value added advice and counsel in all areas of Human Resources.
