Position Overview
The Logistics Clerk is responsible for completing and maintaining all documentation relating to the logistic operations of Can-Am Fresh Transport Ltd.
This is a contract position ending on October 28
Shift: Tuesday-Saturday 4pm -12am
o Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Logistics team
- Track and trace loads
- Assist with preparation of driver pay settlements
- Perform yard checks to confirm cleanliness and readiness of trailers
- Monitor timeliness of load pick-ups/drop-offs
- Perform safety and compliance checks
- Answer phones and provide assistance or direct calls to appropriate personnel
- Act as liaison between customers and drivers
- All other duties as assigned
Available shift coverage:
o Afternoons
o Nights
o Weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Salary: $20.00 per hour
