Canada Drives is seeking a well-rounded, detailed-oriented individual who has a knowledge of all things cars to join our auto team as a Vehicle Onboarding Specialist.
Key responsibilities:
- Examine and evaluate body damage on vehicles
- Document and test all features
- Enter key details to allow for comprehensive estimates
- Use judgment to determine what needs to be repaired and what is to be disclosed
- Ensure organization of Onboarding laneways
Desired skills and abilities:
- Extensive knowledge of vehicle makes, models, costs, and values
- Proficient in data entry
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Salesforce, V-auto, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills
- Adaptable to organizational standards for vehicle assessment
- Experience working in high-volume, high-pressure settings
- Aptitude for statistics and costing metrics
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable with working outside in all weather conditions
