Please note: This position is hybrid, the successful incumbent must be located in Ontario and be able to access one of our locations. You will be required to come on-site for meetings or phone/computer maintenance.

About the role
In this role you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to employees on HR policies, HR programs, benefits, pension and pay related provisions of multiple collective agreements and the terms & conditions of employment. You will maintain information with regards to employee changes within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring the integrity of the data and adherence to best practices. You will also partner with People, Culture and Performance to ensure that new or changing programs, provisions or initiatives are supported and incorporated into internal practices, managed within the HRIS system as appropriate, and provide guidance to employees and managers on their application/eligibility.
