Job Overview
Reporting to the Director, Digital Fundraising and New Segment Engagement , the Senior Manager Email and Lifecycle Marketing will help transform the future of cancer by taking the lead primarily on mass email marketing strategies. Your role is to reach donors through email campaigns ensuring that the experience we provide to our supporters across their journey is the best-in-class, while leading the planning and implementation of the base marketing and net-new online fundraising activities to drive conversion, retention and grow revenue.
You will work in shaping the overall lifecycle, offer and content strategy and oversee the end-to-end execution for specific audiences/segments throughout the donor journey. Leveraging analytics to drive the decision-making process, you will convert, retain and nurture the leads and donors through the different stages of their journey including offer conversion, onboarding to ‘post-purchase’ flows identifying valuable touch points by analyzing the audience behaviour.
You will co-manage the email and SMS marketing program specifically focusing on our automated send strategies for annual and monthly to increase lifetime value. You will be setting up engaging drip and stand-alone campaigns and managing the overarching email solicitation calendar to execute the plan while monitoring transactional and behavioral triggered responses via SMS and email on large scale.
This position is ideal for a senior direct-to-consumer-focused email marketer or digital marketing professional who enjoys building, leading, creating meaningful 1:1 donor experience at scale. The senior manager will develop data-driven strategies, own the email and lifecycle roadmaps, forming recommendations and best practices to drive channel conversion. The role will establish, manage and optimize the key performance indicators and move the portfolio to the next level. The candidate will thrive in a results-oriented and dynamic environment where one must navigate the current matrix realities while moving to the future state.
