Role
Reporting to the AVP, Creditor and Affinity and Association, the Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for the overall client experience, sales and profitability for an assigned client block. In this role, you will interact with plan sponsors, consultants, and other partners to promote our products, tools, and services. You will manage changes in plans, negotiating renewals and education requests. You will work effectively with other teams across the organization to drive strategic revenue generation and new business opportunities, promoting new products and services, and maintaining financial stability of the plan. The CRM will participate in formal and informal presentations promoting our capabilities and services to both new and existing clients, as well as generally within the consulting and advisor community.
