Canadian Tire Store 192 at Sheppard and Leslie is currently looking for an experienced Service Advisor.
Past service advisor experience experience is preferred – prefer either Dealership or Canadian Tire experience or similar environment. Willing the train the right person who wants to put in the hard work and has a passion for cars and who likes to deal with customers. You must be able to sell automotive services to customers, be customer focus, team player and friendly, handle difficult situations and good computer knowledge or Costar operating system experience. I am looking for someone who wants to be a leader. This position pays a base plus bonus and commission. This is a position that could lead to a future promotions.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service skills in order to handle customer complaints and questions effectively
- Critical thinking, organization, time management and problem-solving skills to perform their job successfully
- Knowledge of digital technology including the ability to use the internet and the appropriate software
- Ability to interpret technical terms to the customers
- Patience to cope with different customers’ personalities

- Proficiency with industry-specific software

Duties Responsibilities
- Estimating the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs
- Welcoming customers and discussing their needs
- Answering customer inquires, either in person or on the phone
- Develop repair estimates by taking the cost of materials, supplies, and labour into consideration
- Prepare repair orders by detailing the vehicle’s problems or symptoms
- Connecting customers to the right auto technician
- Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions

Salary: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
