Position Overview:

Reporting to the Manager, Direct Response, the Coordinator, Direct Response (CDR) will be instrumental in coordinating and delivering multi-channel direct response campaigns. The focus will be the seamless execution and management of campaigns, ensuring they effectively engage our supporters and meet our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in campaign coordination particularly in the non-profit and charitable sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the execution of direct response campaigns across various channels, including direct mail, email, social media, and digital platforms.
• Oversee the campaign delivery process, ensuring all elements are on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operation and alignment of campaign objectives.
• Manage campaign timelines, resources, and logistics, addressing any issues that arise during execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, gather data, and provide comprehensive reports on effectiveness and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in campaign coordination.

Qualifications:

• Committed to environmental conservation and passionate about making a difference.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in campaign coordination,
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analytics.
• Effective communicator, able to work collaboratively with teams and manage external partnerships.

Work Conditions:

• Permanent, full-time at 37.5 hours per week. Overtime as required.
• Location: Head Office in Ottawa, ON with hybrid flexibility to work from home two consecutive days per week.
• Manual dexterity required to operate computer and peripherals.
• Usually works independently with frequent team check-ins and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Interacts with employees, and various management levels.
