Are you a digital marketer with a killer instinct for driving new business? Canalyst is looking for a Director, Demand Generation to join our growing marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and optimizing search, social, and paid media campaigns, while working closely with the Vice President of Marketing and other key stakeholders in Product and Sales.
Own an integral business function in one of North America’s fast growing companies, while serving some of the most sophisticated clients in the capital markets.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Own Demand Generation – from strategy and team building, to budgeting and processes
Plan, test, implement, and measure multi-channel media campaigns to drive inbound demand and support various stages of the prospect and client lifecycle
Manage day-to-day performance across multiple channels including but not limited to Google Ads, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Analyze and report on campaign results and continually optimize performance based on key insights
Identify new opportunities for growth, including new channels, content, partners, and markets
Be accountable to pipeline and new ARR
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on targeting, channels, and campaign creatives for optimizing conversion and generating brand awareness and inbound leads
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
5+ years of demand generation leadership and execution experience in B2B tech, with expertise in leveraging paid digital channels to drive lead generation and brand awareness
Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, or equivalent experience
In-depth knowledge of marketing frameworks, including ABM and value-based marketing, digital engagement, acquisition strategies, and more.
Experience in building and managing ad campaigns in Google, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other paid digital channels
Working knowledge of BI tools, CRMs, Google Analytics, HubSpot
Proven ability to manage projects across different departments, multiple stakeholders, and many moving parts
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
