Role Description
We need a highly-motivated, market-savvy, customer-oriented Marketing Communications Manager who can work with our executive and sales teams, customers, strategic partners, channels, designers, and outside agencies to develop and execute an aggressive marketing plan. With these stakeholders, you will drive lead generation activities that expand our customer base and our presence at current customers. You will increase market presence and exposure, while also ensuring that our sales teams, channel partners, and customers are educated and equipped to do their best work. This is a big job, but a great opportunity to make a huge impact.
What You’ll be Doing
Develop and execute creative deliverables — both print and digital — including sales-support material, presentation decks, technical documentation and case studies, email campaign graphics, and investor communications.
Work with appropriate subject matter experts to develop written, electronic and other collateral (e.g., white papers, one-pagers, videos, webinars, other as appropriate to venue and audience)
Develop product labeling, packaging design and other materials.
Work with the Executive and Sales teams to execute the marketing plan, owning tracking and delivery of required tasks, deliverables and key performance metrics to budget
Develop Account Based Marketing plans
Support CRM management – curating and monitoring new and existing leads/accounts.
Develop and execute inbound and outbound lead generation activities.
Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
Provide design leadership for all creative projects, from concept to execution
Provide creative input into mobile and web UI concepts
Guide social media management and updates, including: LinkedIn; Twitter; other as appropriate.
Develop, execute, and monitor digital marketing programs across a variety of channels including but not limited to search engine optimization (SEO), paid search (PPC), display, social media, and CRM based ABM.
Develop and implement strategies and tactics aligned with business targets
Communicate and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure brand consistency and execute projects
Skills and Experience
5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial / start-up environment with a focus on B2B Product marketing
Experience with email marketing platforms such as Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mail Chimp, Constant Contact.
Experience in developing and executing Account Based Marketing programs with demonstrated results
Proven experience analyzing and troubleshooting problems related to digital advertising across platforms, analysis tools, and websites.
Proven success working in a team environment – evidence of successful collaboration.
In-depth knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
Experience and understanding of working with graphics design, working knowledge of website design and development, social media usage required.
A solid understanding of analytics tools such as GA, Google Tag Manager, and ad platform pixels.
Technical experience with frontend web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience with paid and organic research and analysis tools such as Google Ads Keyword Tool, Google Search Console, Semrush, Hotjar.
Working knowledge of standard CMS platform functionality (Wordpress).
