Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representative (12 months Contract) – Hybrid

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be providing exceptional customer service and respond to all incoming Service and Supply requests in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
Investigate and determine appropriate action for resolution of any customer issues
Respond to inbound calls and emails
Maintain accurate records and document changes to account information
Escalate any unresolved customer concerns to management
Assist on special projects
To Succeed, You Will Need:
Fluency in French and English
Some customer service/call center experience
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic Computer skills
Initiative and be a team player

This position offers a Hybrid work schedule. You will be required to be in the office Mondays and Wednesdays each week, with the ability to work from home for the remainder of the week (subject to specific business needs requiring office attendance)
When working from home, a reliable internet connection is required. Remote work is supported with cloud-based applications and collaboration tools
