You will also be responsible for developing Standard operating procedures, determining team resources assignments, tracking and overseeing team priorities and reporting on progress.
You will work closely with business line managers and Canon USA Triage counterparts to assess system issues, determine solutions, coordinate development and release schedules, manage weekly meetings, develop project plans and issue stakeholder communications to maximize efficiencies across the group.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise a team of Business System Analysts (IT Triage)
Assign main and secondary accountabilities
Balance priorities
Collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure information regarding project status and support plans are clearly and continuously communicated to all stakeholders
Assess incoming system enhancements requests and break/fix requirements and recommend solutions
Use your expertise in project management methodology to make recommendations for improvements on all project plans.
Determines team resource assignments, tracks and reports on progress.
Manage weekly team meetings
To Succeed, You Will Have
Bachelor’s Degree or Post Secondary Education in system Analytics, Application Development, or IT Systems Administration required
Understanding of project management methodologies and have experience delivering IT projects.
PMP Certification is an asset
5 years of related work experience
Strong Analytical skills
Good interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively

This position offers a Hybrid work schedule. You will be required to be in the office Mondays and Wednesdays each week, with the ability to work from home for the remainder of the week (subject to specific business needs requiring office attendance)
