As a Sales Development Representative you will:
Handle inbound customer inquiries across all channels (email, phone, chat)
Implement several outbound sales & marketing campaigns
Travel to events and conferences worldwide, presenting on booths and driving face-to-face marketing and sales opportunities
Collaborate across multiple teams and with senior team members to achieve results
Work directly with marketing, collaborating on new campaigns and improving existing ones
Research information about prospective customers using available resources
Maintain a multi-million pound pipeline
Identify prospects and market trends through a combination of outbound techniques
Help establish the processes for the team, maintaining current operations whilst reporting/suggesting changes needed
Work with our customers, setting up and attending meetings whilst account mapping to identify new opportunities
Nurture leads an opportunities globally
Who you are:
You have a Bachelor’s degree
Fluency in English, Spanish AND Portuguese
You are passionate about technology

You may have experience in telephone sales or telemarketing
