Marketing Coordinator
We’re in search of an up-and-coming all star, an eager and creative marketing generalist that is excited to take ownership over their role and grow in a fast-paced tech company. The core focus is copywriting and event marketing (both in-person and virtual), but you’ll be working with nearly every department on a variety of projects and initiatives.
The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Director, Marketing & Communications and work closely with the rest of the marketing team to deliver on marketing goals and initiatives. You’ll be responsible for in-market event support, virtual event execution, and copywriting for various elements of the marketing strategy, among other creative projects!
WHAT YOU’LL DO WHEN YOU GET THE JOB (AKA RESPONSIBILITIES)
Copywriting and Marketing Support
– Copywriting for custom deliverables/asset requests from sales team (you’ll have top notch support from our graphic designer and product specialists)
– Create PowerPoint presentations for meetings, webinars, or virtual events (again, with elite level support from our
Graphic Designer)
– Copy writing for vertical-based marketing materials, including case studies, product overviews, marketing plans, etc.
– Writing copy for the core company website
– Work with Product Coordinator for product marketing/support related materials
– Brainstorming – we bring the coffee and markers, you bring the ideas (we all do, but we need yours!)
– Ad-hoc needs from the team, which vary week to week and season to season!
Event Marketing
– Execute on event marketing plans as directed by the Director, Marketing & Communications
– Assisting with multi-media efforts for event promotion
– Manage and execute webinar project plans, inclusive of creating events on video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams) and creating PowerPoint presentations
– Work with Content Marketer to create blog and social copy for webinars
– Write social media posts for webinars
– Assist with internal communication, workshops, and town halls
WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB (AKA QUALIFICATIONS)
– Bachelor’s degree in PR, Marketing, Arts, or Business Administration
– Excellent writer and communicator
– Energy, enthusiasm, a real ‘I got this!’ attitude
– An understanding and eagerness to tackle challenges and learn quickly
– No fear of dogs (semi-mandatory)
– Board games you don’t mind occasionally sharing with the team
– Willingness to pitch in and wear different hats occasionally (figuratively, not literally)
