Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Automotive Salesperson at Capilano Volkswagen. As an Automotive Salesperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers in purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles, providing product information, conducting test drives, and negotiating sales agreements. You will also maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Customer satisfaction, customer retention, and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Experience in automotive sales or a related field
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience with Volkswagen vehicles and knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary education in business or a related field is an asset
