Medical Office Assistant

• Ability to establish and maintain rapport with a professional attitude.

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team – show initiative on improving workflow and efficiencies.

• Experience utilizing and maintaining electronic medical records system. Bonus knowing QHR Accuro.

• Experience scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings

• Office routine exams duties, ECG’s Holters, Amb BP

• Experience coordinating labs, tests, consultations, etc.

• Knowledge and perform general office procedures including computer software and tools.

• Knowledge of Electronic systems including all scanning/faxing, and multi-line phone systems.

• Knowledge of Medical terminology.

• Transcription and knowledge of process.

• Excellent communication skills: experience providing clear, concise and accurate information – verbal and written. Work well on a team.

• Required experience: At least 1 years Medical Office Administrative experience or MOA training/certification would also be considered.

• Competitive wage including benefit payment per month.

Part-time hours: 25-30 hours per week

Salary: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
