Job Purpose:
The Manager, Strategy and Operations will be responsible for problem-solving, root cause analysis, identifying gaps, and developing solutions for CarePros. The role will also be responsible for developing new processes to be implemented across the Service Delivery team.
The Manager will work closely with the Director, Strategy and Operations to achieve results on assigned projects and activities, provide input into the broader strategy, and support the creation of prepared materials, content, and programs.
