Job Purpose and Impact
The Digital Marketing Communications Specialist will coordinate the development of marketing communications materials to effectively represent the organization’s products, services, brands and the organization to customers and prospects. In this role, you will create moderately complex technology solutions to communicate information about the organization’s products or services.
Key Accountabilities
Help execute and coordinate medium scale, multi channel marketing communications and promotion efforts.
Identify and implement marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with sales and technical teams.
Manage marketing communications technologies in collaboration with sales and technical teams and troubleshooting independently.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to create effective digital communications that use effective wording and graphics to communicate effectively.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Diploma/Certificate or bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years of related work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
Marketing Cloud or other equivalent communication technologies experience
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders
Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada
Preferred Qualifications
Website and communications analytics experience
Able to manage multiple projects
Knowledge of agriculture in North America
