Duties And Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager (Business Academic Operations), the Administrative Assistant – Dean’s Office works in a public service area and is required to work in person in a highly collegial, team environment; acts as the immediate back-up to the Administrative Assistant – Faculty Services, plays an on-going supporting role as needed and during peak periods for the Manager (Business Academic Operations), and the Dean and supports the on-going operations of the Sprott School of Business by acting as a front office resource for other units including our undergraduate, graduate and professional programs.
