Carolina Skiff, LLC is seeking a temporary Data Analyst for a HUGE project with a popular client in the Calgary area! This position was created to assist a global finance team with an ERP implementation project that will involve high volume data cleansing, researching old/open invoices, and creating SOPs for the entire process.
This position is scheduled to last through May, and there will be no guarantee of the project lasting longer. If you are a sports fan or passionate about athletics, this is an amazing opportunity for resume booster and networking!
Responsibilities
Identify open purchase orders and communicate with internal customers
Follow up on old and open invoices
Communicate with vendors and clients regarding their accounts
Document process and create SOPs
Skills & Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working with a team
Excellent communication, both verbal and written
Bonus points for experience in SAP and Coupa
Working experience in Excel

This is a contract opportunity to assist with a project to last through the end of May.
Hybrid work schedule – Monday and Friday are remote working days
Hourly pay range: $25-30.58/hr
