About CASA
CASA Mental Health is an established non-profit organization delivering holistic, culturally-safe wrap-around mental health services to Albertans and their families. CASA provides mental health service to the missing middle – mental health treatment for diagnosed children and youth, in between prevention and promotion in primary and community care, and acute treatment in hospital.
CASA’s team of mental health professionals are trauma experts committed to delivering service in collaboration with community partners. This includes assessment and treatment for up to 4,000 children, youth and their families each year, from community outreach settings to intensive treatment programs.
About the Role
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a key role within the Human Resources team at CASA. Their primary purpose is to build, foster and grow relationships between Human Resources and the rest of CASA by delivering value-added services to employees and managers. As a catalyst for change, the HRBP will help facilitate organizational change by supporting employees and managers through times of ambiguity. This position will provide functional support/supervision to other Human Resources team members in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, collective agreement interpretation, disability management and performance management.
The HRBP will maintain an understanding of current and emerging trends and best practices. This role will assist in making proactive recommendations to improve Human Resources services and processes at CASA. The HRBP will have a passion for people and creating work environments that celebrate diversity, and will demonstrate a commitment to learning and continuous improvement.
