Catalyst Community Corporation Looking for Customer Success Manager at Toronto, Ontario, Canada Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact
• Establish clear customer growth goals
• Understand customer objectives and challenges, and develop plans to help them achieve their goals using our product
• Build a best in class inside sales team
• Monitor and measure customer success metrics, including adoption, retention, and expansion, and identify areas for improvement
• Setting process milestones for the customers and employees to work toward
• Assist customers with setting up and navigating our systems
• Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (optional)
• Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
• Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
• Technical skills required, as they relate to the use of the product or service
• Accountability and personal organization are essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
