With excellent time-management skills, you will be responsible for sales at our store, online, and retail partners, being in front of the camera and implementing social media marketing posts. – Ability to work as a team and independently, stationed out of our retail store/office location on Bayfield Street Barrie.
– Customer excellence is a priority, both in-store and online. At any time you can be selling live online chat, the phone, in-store, or by email, your ability to assist in these multi-channel environments seamlessly.
– Comfortable with POS, simple math returns, and exchanges. Uplessling and cross-selling.
– When not dealing with customers, ability to focus on Marketing/Social Media tasks.
– Regular store cleaning, and organization, such as inventory tasks.
– Suggest and create new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions to expand the brand presence and get our supporters involved.
– Promote and maintain website content. Create engaging text, image, and video content as directed by our Digital Marketing Manager.
– Executing strategic social media campaign by posting & engaging on social media as directed.
– Expertise in multiple social media platforms. Manage day-to-day activities related to social media including posting, videos, tutorials, product showcase videos, comment monitoring, tagging, and analysis of social media conversations across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
– English and excellent writing skills.
BONUS: If you speak/write Portuguese and or French you will be the preferred candidate as an asset but not mandatory.
Job Type: Part-time, permanent, some weekends, evenings, and events (Pop up shops, charity events) as things open up and return to normal.
Salary: $15.50/hour to start plus a monthly sales bonus.
