We are looking for a positive, results-oriented person who wants to work in a thriving company. This role is focused on ensuring our customers are always up to date on the status of their projects and deliveries while delivering a wonderful customer service experience every single time.
Responsibilities
Scheduling deliveries
Supporting CSR (deficiency) resolution (i.e. site visits to assess/repair/deliver product)
Developing key relationships with service providers in the Alberta/BC Region of our operations
Update clients every 2 weeks on their order status along with responding to inquiries that come from sending updates
Support CSR resolution by updating clients on the status of these orders and scheduling – (i.e. site visits to assess/repair/deliver product), along with developing key relationships with Clients in the Southern Alberta/BC Region of our operations.
Keep the ERP and CRM systems up to date
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
High School Diploma required; Post-Secondary Diploma preferred.
3+ years of experience in a Project Coordination role.
Class Five Driver’s license
Excellent in MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal and organizational skills.
Skills in estimation and reading furniture layouts and drawings is an asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail orientated
Fully vaccinated for COVID-19
