A leading wholesale distributor of floor and wall covering materials has an immediate opening for a permanent full time Order Desk / Customer Service Representative position. This person will be responsible for the daily processing of customer orders, answering phones for stock and pricing inquiries from an established dealer base. The successful candidate must have a strong working knowledge of computers and possess good communication skills. This individual will also be required to help in the showroom assisting customers with material selections and technical knowledge. Some warehouse work may also be required from time to time. Knowledge of the floor covering business would be a tremendous asset, but not essential. Lift truck experience would also be beneficial. Starting salary to be commensurate with experience.
