Chatime Canada Looking for Outbound Logistics Coordinator at Markham, ON Full Time

Chatime Group’s mission is to revolutionize the tea and bakery customer experience in Canada. We are currently looking for highly talented and passionate individuals to join our head office team in Markham.

The Outbound Logistics Coordinator will be a key part of our supply chain team and will be the hands-on owner of Sales Order management and Outbound logistics – working with our customers, transport, and internal partners to support the consistent and predictable flow of goods to our franchisee partners. We are a growing company and are looking for individuals who are already ready and willing to grow with us.

· Own outbound Sales Orders – the execution and coordination of outbound sales orders submitted via Order Entry Portal, entry and approvals of sales orders, order-ready and delivery schedules, shipping methods and coordinating the delivery objectives with transport; resolving issues: mis-ships, backorders, and locating missing product if needed.

· Own the inventory – allocations and disbursements for limited stock items, special allocations for due date-driven projects such as marketing campaigns.

· Own internal supply chain commitments – to deliver 100% on-time – product/equipment/parts/utensils requirements related to new store openings and installations – problem solve and raise flags to escalate when required.

· Own quality and shipment discrepancy claims – maintain healthy and proactive relationships with customers and cross-functional teams, drive solutions forward.

· Collaborate across Marketing, Operations, IT and Finance teams on cross-functional activities.

· Maintain relevant information in the ERP system (NetSuite)

· Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong self-starter with exemplary work ethic founded on motivation and a drive to succeed.

• Post-Secondary education in Business / Logistics / SCM or a Supply Chain Industry Certification is preferred.

• 2-3 years experience in international logistics.

• Exceptionally strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel

• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) an asset

• Strong logical thinking and business acumen

Salary: $45,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
