We are hiring a Broker Delegate to join our Management Team
CIR Realty is looking to add new talent to our incredible non-selling Management Team in Calgary. Our brokerage offers training, a supportive culture, and a dynamic office environment that propels real estate careers to new heights.
Role Overview:
As a Broker Delegate, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day leadership, management, and operations of a thriving full-service real estate office. This pivotal role involves critical thinking and problem solving as related to real estate transactions and compliance.
You will directly impact the company’s financial performance, operational efficiency, recruitment and retention efforts, and the overall productivity of our real estate agents.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively recruit and onboard both new and experienced real estate agents, meeting or exceeding recruitment goals.
Provide ongoing support, mentorship, and training to realtors.
Conduct one on one training sessions on various aspects of real estate, including business planning, goal setting, prospecting, client presentations, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ensure the delivery of exceptional services to our agents, clients, and the wider public.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism in line with Company Policies and Procedures, Code of Ethics, and Code of Business Conduct.
Possess a comprehensive understanding of brokerage administrative functions, covering both front and back-office operations and deal administration.
Demonstrate strong leadership, presentation, conflict resolution, and creative problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
Strong passion for contributing to the growth and development of CIR REALTY and our realtors.
Licensed REALTOR® with an Alberta real estate licence, and a minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate sales.
Management experience in a real estate capacity.
Demonstrated proficiency in leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong compliance and critical thinking skills.
Ability to recruit, nurture, and lead a dynamic team of productive real estate professionals according to industry standards.
Proven excellence in relationship management.
Tech-savvy with a solid grasp of the latest real estate technology, tools, and marketing strategies.
Broker licence considered an asset.
Accountabilities:
Ensure realtors are compliant to brokerage, board and governing policies and procedures.
Increase realtor productivity through positive guidance and coaching on their real estate businesses.
Optimize company profitability through effective recruitment and retention of a skilled and productive group of realtors.
Compensation:
CIR Realty offers a very competitive compensation package based on company profit sharing, with a guaranteed minimum base salary.
Location and Hours:
This position is located in Calgary, in office, Monday to through Friday.
Evening and weekend on call shifts required
