Area Of Responsibility
Reporting to the Director, Enforcement & By-law Services, this position is responsible for the management, collection, research analysis, benchmarking, data assessment and forecasting through detailed reports to Enforcement & By-law Services management team and its service partners.
This position will compile, design, and deliver operational reports to monitor team performance, identify areas of opportunity and work with the management team to address situations of inefficiency, recommend service solutions, while protecting the integrity of data and business processes.
This position is responsible for offering guidance, support, advice and direction to the Department to enhance functionality to gain efficiencies in business processes and/or greater insight into operational information.
This role is responsible for the management, collection and release of confidential information and will serve as a member of the management team.
