Job Profile
The Clerk B – Resource Centre, under the general supervision of the Records and Information Management Coordinator, is responsible for providing administrative and accounting support for the records management function at the Water and Waste Department. Based on operational requirements, the duties will vary and may include managing the department’s records inventory and reference library, assisting in the preparation of FIPPA requests, reconciling accounts, creating journal entries, maintaining the shredding program, and ordering supplies. This position also provides coverage for the front reception and provides administrative support to the onsite managers and supervisors as needed and performs other assignments consistent with the classification
