Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor at the Clarion Hotel & Suites Brandon. The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality service standards. The role will involve coordinating with kitchen staff, handling customer inquiries and concerns, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with food and safety regulations. The Restaurant Supervisor will also be responsible for training new staff members and creating schedules.
