CLAYBAR CONTRACTING INC. is a leading Construction and Contracting company in the petroleum and general contracting industry. We are looking for a qualified candidate to assist the daily activities of the accounting team.
DAILY FUNCTIONS:
- Work in conjunction with Operations and Project Managers
- Assist and oversee the Purchase orders and organization of various jobs and divisions
- Contribute and manage the purchasing/ordering for projects – work closely with coordinators and managers and act as the point person for check and balances on paperwork and protocol.
- Purchasing of materials, pipe fittings, concrete, rentals, granular materials, coordinating float moves and tri-axles.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in Accounting and/or Administration – 3 to 5 years.
- Significant exposure to construction and purchasing
- Energetic, enthusiastic, willingness to learn and also adapt to changing environment.
- College/University Level Education – preferably background in some of the following – accounting, finance, economics or estimating.
- understanding of Jonas Premier, MS Project and Excel a plus

Position is for FULL TIME-LONG TERM within the organization, at our Dundas, Ontario office.
Salary and benefits are negotiable.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
