This position is based on a remote camp at CNRL Horizon. This is a fly in fly out position working on a 7 in 7 out rotation. This is a permanent full time position.
What would you be doing?
Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and architectural drawings and electrical code specifications to decide on wiring layouts.
Install and maintain DSS, GPS, Sat Radio
Experience installing and mainting mining systems
Position, support , and install equipment such as switches, relays, circuit breakers, panels, fuse enclosures, fire alarms, lighting controls, and auto backup generators.
Install, replace, support, and repair electrical systems and related electrical equipment.
Testing circuits to ensure integrity and safety.

Have a Journeyperson Electrician card or Apprentice Electrician ticket.
Commons Safety Orientation (CSO) ticket
Have high regard for personal safety, the safety of company assets, and employees.
Self-motivated, capable of performing tasks with minimal supervision.
Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle strict deadlines.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
Physically capable of performing all necessary duties of the job including but not limited to heavy pulling, pushing and lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, shoveling, bending, twisting, etc.
